Hi! I’m a passionate and driven individual with over three years of experience in Customer success and Technical support. With professional experience in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving exceptional sales growth, I consistently excel in meeting and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs). I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Sales Promotions and Marketing Management from EThames Business School, Hyderabad.
Career Highlights: My career began as a fitness trainer, driven by a passion to align my work with my personal values and goals. In 2021, I completed a fitness science certification and started working as a trainer at Cult early the following year. However, life threw me a curveball - I developed cervical spondylitis, which forced me to step away from my fitness career.
After that, I joined my father’s textile business. While I learned a lot, the fieldwork and stress of managing hefty credit payments didn’t align with my aspirations. Looking for a fresh start, I transitioned to a role at Tech Mahindra. Here, I gained valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Initially, I found the job exciting, but over time, the repetitive tasks became less fulfilling. To challenge myself, I moved into an international process, where I thrived as a top performer. Unfortunately, my medical condition flared up again, and I had to take a career break.
During this break, I explored new interests. I read numerous books, created websites offering free reading resources (including eBooks), and discovered a passion for programming. While my background is in marketing, I found immense joy in coding and building digital solutions.
This led me to start my journey in web development and eventually found EThereal Intellect. I absolutely love what I do now, and I’ve started working on real projects. I’m excited to deliver some amazing results soon. Stay tuned!
